Dr. Donald Combs

Dr Chadwick C. Prodromos MD is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing in the Chicago Metropolitan area.  He earned his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and his MD degree from the The Johns Hopkins Medical School.  He served a surgical internship at the University of Chicago, an Orthopaedic residency at Rush Presbyterian St Luke’s Medical Center and an Orthopaedic and Sportsmedicine fellowship at The Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.    He is Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Rush University and President of the Illinois Sportsmedicine and Orthopaedic Centers.  He is Editor in Chief of the comprehensive textbook The Anterior Cruciate Ligament: Basic Science and Reconstruction. His surgical practice is devoted to arthroscopic knee and shoulder reconstruction.  He is also a leader in the use of stem cells and Platelet Rich Plasma in the treatment of arthritis and sports injuries.
